Gasthof/Lodge zu verkaufen Quito, Perucho

Pululahua Ecolodge is for sale at US$325,000, in a magical place: the floor of an ancient volcanic crater, where clouds drift down over the forest in the afternoon. The lodge is in the parish of San Antonio de Pichincha, inside the Pululahua volcanic crater, in the Pululahua Geobotanical Reserve. The area has been protected since 1966 and has been a Geobotanical Reserve since 1978. In Kichwa, Pululahua means "cloud of water." It is about 3 km (2 miles) from Mitad del Mundo, the Middle of the World equator monument, and about 25 km (15 miles) north of Quito. The business is turnkey and fully equipped, ready for a new owner to take over. There are 10 guest rooms in single, double, and triple configurations, each with its own private bathroom and hot shower, for a total capacity of 32 guests. The restaurant seats 30 to 50. Guests can use an outdoor hot tub. Two large lounges, with a ping-pong table, a TV, and books, give guests a place to gather and also serve for meetings and workshops. Two separate apartments are suitable for Airbnb. The property has large parking areas, security cameras throughout, and a laundry room with washers and dryers. The land measures 30,000 m² (about 7.4 acres / 3 hectares), and the buildings total 540 m² (about 5,800 sq ft). A fruit orchard on the grounds grows avocado, lemon, and lime. Income sources include the guest rooms, the restaurant, the two apartments, and groups and workshops. Around the lodge are more than ten hiking trails, along with horseback riding, mountain biking, birdwatching, native orchids, and stargazing. The area also hosts the annual Ultra Trail Pululahua race. Mindo cloud forest and the Otavalo market are day trips from here. The title is clear and held in a single owner's name. Property and municipal taxes are paid up to date. Contact: WhatsApp/phone: +593 99 946 6636 Email: info@pululahuahostal.com Website: https://pululahua-ecolodge.com
