For how long can I place a free advertisement?

You fully control your listing and decide when it is no longer relevant. There is no expiry date on free property listings.

Can I list property in any country?

Yes - our platform supports free property listings from all countries across every continent.

How many free property listings can I post in one account?

There is currently no limit on the number of free listings per account.

Can I post a free listing without photos?

No - uploading at least one property photo is required before a listing can be published.

How many photos can I add to my free listing?

You can add up to 25 property photos per listing.

Can I post a free listing without providing a location?

No - map location is mandatory. A location image is generated from the drawn boundaries and the property address is determined from it, which ensures accurate search results for buyers.

Can I temporarily hide a free listing without deleting it?

Yes - hiding a listing removes it from public access without deleting it. Switch it back to active/public status to restore visibility.

My property ad is in "Not Published" status. How do I fix it?

There are three reasons a listing will not publish:

• Missing property photos - upload at least one photo
• Missing map location - draw the property location on the map
• Ad set to inactive - switch it to active

I created an agent or realtor account. Why does my profile not appear in the public directory?

Agent, realtor, and company profiles appear in the public directory only when you have at least one active and published listing in your account.

Can I change my account type from agent to company?

Yes - you can switch between Individual, Agent/Realtor, and Company at any time without restrictions.

How is this platform different from other real estate websites?

Every listing requires an exact map location with drawn parcel boundaries, all ads are manually reviewed before going live, and listings come directly from owners, agents, and realtors - not scraped or aggregated from other sources.

How do buyers contact sellers?

Each listing includes the seller's contact information. Buyers reach out directly - there is no intermediary.

In what currency are prices listed?

All prices are displayed in US dollars, which is universally understood by buyers around the world.

How long does it take for a listing to go live?

Most listings are reviewed and approved by our moderation team within 24 hours of submission.
